It’s official! I am delighted to have joined the BSI (British Standards Institution) Associate Consultant Programme (ACP) as its 700^th member. Founded in 1901, BSI is the business standards company that helps organisations make excellence a habit – all over the world. My membership of the ACP differs from most members in that instead of advising on how to attain ISO standards, I will support BSI clients and other consultants and their clients with marketing – and by helping them craft proposals with which they can reach new markets and demonstrate their innovative skills.
